Terms and Conditions


Payments are taken through Shopify, Paypal or Google checkout, which are secure sites and  accept credit cards so you do not have to have an account with them to shop with us. Please note that we do not accept cash, cheques or postal orders.

AwesomeBike T-shirts are made bespoke and to order and are usually dispatch with in 14 Days.  Other items on the website we hold in stock and usually dispatched in 2-4 working days. The delivery schedule is as per the terms and conditions of the chosen postal service.  All parcels are sent by Royal Mail or alternative courier over 1kg (UK only). We reserve the right to use any other method where required. Some of our essentials and accessories are sent out by our suppliers direct to you, This save packaging and fuel and it better for the planet. Delivery time for these items will be shown at time of order and vary from product to product.
All orders are sent with proof of postage.  Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.  Please note that Royal mail do not consider a parcel to be lost until the (15th day of delivery UK).  If your item has not been delivered by the 15th day please contact us and we will investigate.
If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods as described in the Returns Policy section of our Terms and Conditions. 

To cancel or return goods please contact us quoting your Order Number, surname and address.

If your order is deemed lost, we will send you a replacement in the first instance.  If your order can not be fulfilled a refund will be processed.

If your order is returned to us due to various reasons eg: Not called for, insufficient or incorrect delivery address, one away etc through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost (the exact charge cost will be made).  Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.

All prices & postage include VAT at the standard rate where applicable.

Goods must be returned unopened and in perfect condition. When choosing how to return products to us (post, courier etc.) please bear in mind the suitability of product and packaging and the rigours of the postal We cannot be held responsible for goods returned that are damaged in the post. The cost of returning the product to the company is the responsibility of the customer.  

You, the consumer, have the right to cancel and return any goods purchased from Us within 7 working days, which starts from the day after receipt of goods.  The cost of returning items and original postage charge is non refundable.

We do not accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons.


To Care for your Jewellery; you should avoid contact with liquids, creams and perfumes.  Some jewellery is made using plated metal which will tarnish or discolour over time.  This is entirely natural but by following a few simple steps you can prolong the life and appearance of your jewellery.  Wipe frequently with a soft dry cloth and always wipe after each wear.


Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.
